I spent an enjoyable day at Nick and Helen’s wedding at Winslowe House, hidden away in West End, Southampton. With an early ceremony, they packed in a full on celebration, with a yummy hog roast meal and a fantastic band for the evening dancing, and still managed to head off at 9.30pm. It was actually really nice to see them off, and have a proper big end to the day, something that doesn’t happen so much at weddings now.

Here’s a sneak preview from the wedding. The full gallery will be online for friends and family in a couple of weeks when I’m done editing and I look forward to showing off the highlights on my blog.

I include a pre-wedding photo shoot with my wedding photography as it gives the couples a first taste of being in front of the camera, and me a chance to see how they are with being photographed. Today was a great example: I learned that on their wedding day I will have to look out for Helen blinking ALOT and for Nick to pull that face… :)
