Sue & Rich: Pre-wedding Photos in Yellow Flower Fields at Farley Mount
I met up with Sue and Rich at Farley Mount near Winchester for their pre-wedding portraits last week. Oh how I love summer evenings and the beautiful golden sunlight, which is all a bit flary and ethereal. The yellow fields of oilseed rape made a really vibrant backdrop for the photos, and I’ve been aiming to do some photos here each year and never managed to schedule anything in so I am well pleased we found this spot. Here’s hoping for another gorgeous sunny day for their Botleigh Grange wedding this weekend.

Engagement Photos in Old Portsmouth: Kelly & John
I was slightly concerned when I met up with Kelly and John at the Abarbistro in Old Portsmouth just before the start of the England- Ireland 6 nations match last weekend. A lot of people will admit to being reluctant at having their photo taken, but I thought there was no hope when I saw John sat there in his Ireland rugby shirt half an hour before kick off. He turned out to be very cool about it and we went for a little wander around Old Portsmouth and the interesting arches and walls around the Square Tower. Kelly has an infectious smile and John managed plenty of Next catalogue posing and we all had a bit of a laugh. Looking forward to their Port Solent wedding in the summer…
