Laura & Kim’s New Forest wedding was the most fun wedding of my year. I’ll share highlights from their big day on the blog in a while, but for starters here are some photos from their engagement portraits at Rhinefield Ornamental Driveway in the New Forest.
Time to start catching up on my blogging and sharing some photos of people I’ve been photographing these past few months. Way back on a sunny evening in Winchester I met up with Julie & Rob for their engagement portraits around the old city centre. Will have some more from their wedding coming up soon…

Robin’s facebook statuses over the past year or so have been pretty much entirely focussed on one subject: Beautiful, wonderful, sweet, funny Becky. So it was lovely to finally meet the lady who has turned him into a complete soppy romantic. They get married in a few weeks down in Dorset, but we met up in a field near Winchester for their pre-wedding portraits amongst the flowers. Looking forward to the big day, luckily I get to see a daily countdown on Facebook…
Another engagement shoot to blog, quite different to the last one. I have a stack of weddings to update on here, so must catch up soon. Sarah & Tim are getting married next Spring, but we took advantage of the summertime weather for their pre-wedding portraits. We went up to Cheesefoot Head near Winchester on an evening with moody skies and some beautiful golden sunlight.

It was one of those rare hot summer days and the everyone in Sussex descended on Brighton beach. There were pale legs, screaming kids and beer bellies everywhere. A seagull pooed on my head as soon as I arrived. However, Brighton is one of my favourite places in the whole wide world, and it was a brilliant setting for Alison & Liam’s engagement portraits.
We met in a 50’s diner on the seafront and drank real american Mountain Dew and amazing milkshakes and talked about their 50s styled wedding. Then out into the sunshine we fought through the crowds on the beach and pier, and then explored some of the art and the graffiti walls around the lanes which make brilliant backdrops for portraits.
Looking forward to their wedding at the weekend..

Gemma & Andrew are getting married next month at Hinton Ampner near Winchester. We went up to Cheesefoot Head nearby for their engagement photos in the cornfields overlooking the Hampshire Countryside.
