Rebecca & Steven’s Pre-wedding photos in a cornfield
Rebecca and Steven hopped over the fence for a few pre-wedding portraits somewhere in a field in Hampshire. We’ve been scouting locations to stop off for some photos between their wedding ceremony in Andover and reception at Esseborne Manor. There is some beautiful countryside around that area and it will be great to return for their wedding in July.
Caroline & Graham’s Pre-wedding photos at New Place
Caroline and Graham are getting married at New Place in Shirrell Heath later this month. We met up to go through the final plans and a pre-wedding photo session in the surrounding woods. Early evening isn’t called the ‘Magic Hour’ by photographers for nothing- the light on sunny summer evenings is perfect for portraits (and of course wedding photos!) I really love how these came out with the sun glinting through the trees.

Angela & Stephen’s Pre-wedding photos at Stanwell House
I’m back at the funky boutique hotel Stanwell House in Lymington next weekend for Angela and Stephen’s wedding. We met there a couple of weeks ago to finalise their plans and grabbed a few pre-wedding photos to get them used to being in front of the lens.
Natasha & Peter Hayling Island Engagement Photos
Natasha & Peter are getting married in a few weeks on Hayling Island. We met there today for a pre-wedding portrait session on the beach, for a bit of a trial run before the big day. The beach huts provided a colourful backdrop for some fun photos, and the love shack- what a find! We brought some props along for a bit of a beach theme, and I think these made for some quirky photos. Thanks to Natasha and Peter for being great sports and being relaxed and cheerful in front of the camera. I’m really looking forward to our next session on their wedding day where we can build on some of the things we’ve tried to today.
Kirsty & Ben’s Engagement Photos at Portchester Castle
Kirsty and Ben are getting married in 2012 in Cyprus. We met at Portchester Castle in Portsmouth on a bright (but chilly!)
