Natasha and Peter did things a bit differently for their wedding photos. Putting aside the tradition of the bride not seeing the groom before the wedding, we met up in the morning for their wedding portraits. As a photographer this was a bit of a treat as I rarely get to spend so much time on the bride and groom photos. It also meant we were able to hit the beach and the colourful beach huts, before they went off to get married elsewhere. We went back to Hayling Island, where we had shot some pre-wedding portraits on a reconnaissance mission a few weeks ago. The sun was out and we had bright blue skies, it was a gorgeous day on the beach. Natasha and Peter are a really fun couple and you could feel the excitement they shared for their wedding in a few hours, and hopefully that shows in these photos.
Here’s a selection from their wedding day. Natasha & Peter, I hope you had an amazing wedding celebration and many congratulations!
Amy, these shots are just fabulous. Love the one with the hearts on the beach hut and the wide shots on the beach … just wonderful. How lucky that you could spend this extra time with such a fun bride and groom. They look so relaxed and happy and you have captured these emotions beautifully.
Amy these photos are gorgeous! What a stunning location and couple. It looks like you had an amazing time with them. They look relaxed and so happy.
Love the fresh morning feel of these and the antique processing on the turquoise beach huts shots. Kudos to Natasha and Peter for agreeing to do a pre-wed morning shoot – no doubt it meant they could have a far more relaxing day later on. More folks should do it!
Comme nous aurions aimé vous voir pour de vrai, vous êtes superbes et nous vous souhaitons une vie de bonheur.(on se croirait à Calais avec les chalets…)
Love these Amy.
