Chloe & Alex’s Wedding at Winchester Guildhall
Chloe and Alex travelled down from Scotland to get married in the historic venue of Winchester Guildhall. Despite the grandeur of the setting they made it clear they wanted the day to be light hearted and relaxed and have photos that captured their friends and families enjoying the day. They had clearly put a lot of effort into making it an enjoyable event, with table football, big Jenga and connect 4, balloons and piñatas and an amazing band for the evening do. (All interesting things which photographers love too!)
One of my favourite parts of the day is the speeches, when I actually get to hear the real juice on the people I have been trailing around all day. It was a really lovely story to hear how Chloe went off all over the world after they left university and how they have both ended up together still- clearly it was meant to be! Chloe & Alex, many congratulations and my very best wishes for the future.
Here are some sneak peeks of their wedding photos. The full gallery is now online HERE for friends and family and is password protected with the Bride’s maiden name.

Jen & Mike’s Pre-wedding Portraits at New Place
I met Jen and Mike yesterday at New Place, Shirrell Heath to sort out the final details before their wedding there in April. During a pre-wedding meet I like to take the opportunity to get some photos of the couple, a sort of ‘test run’ to see how they are in front of the camera , and hopefully to make them feel more comfortable when the big day comes. Here are some of the pictures of Jen & Mike in the grounds at New place…

Jennifer and Adam’s Wedding at the Longhouse, Bruton
Congratulations Mr & Mrs Devine!
I knew when I met Jenny and Adam (and the caterpillars) that this was going to be a unique and fun wedding. A ‘Green’ venue, vegetarian food, and dresses hand made by the bride, they ensured that their wedding day was special and personal to them.
Overlooking the stunning Somerset countryside, the Longhouse at the Mill-on-the-Brue was a perfect setting for the wedding on such a beautiful Spring day. After the ceremony, everyone enjoyed champagne out in the sunshine, before sitting down to a vegetarian wedding breakfast and cupcakes (homemade again)and then dancing the night away to the band. The day was chilled out and full of laughter and Jennifer and Adam seemed blissfully happy together.
Here are a few sneak previews of their photos from the day. The full gallery will be online for friends and family when the happy couple are back from honeymoon.
Many congratulations Mr & Mrs Devine!
More to come soon…
